We have a complete production line to ensure total control of the entire manufacturing process.
We have a huge inventory of raw materials that we use to compound and mix our own silicone materials to impart resistance to environmental extremes, ozone, fluid resistance, etc.
We test those materials in our State of The Art Rubber Laboratory right on the premises. Upon approval, the materials are processed and formed into your hoses on highly specialized machines that we designed and built ourselves. When completed, our hoses are visually inspected and tested for requirements such as adhesion and burst strength.
The results are Hoses that outperform the competition time after time.

Established in 1999, Alliance Hose & Extrusions was born out of the market demand for a vendor who could provide OEM’s (Original Equipment Manufacturers) and large commercial customers with a reliable source for quality high performance Silicone Hose products in a timely manner and at a competitive price.
Backed by the resources of a 60+ year old custom manufacturer of defense, aerospace and industrial products, we have quickly grown to become a prime source for many companies across the globe that can not and will not accept anything less.
In addition to OEM’s our customer base has broadened to include speed shops, engine rebuilders, racing teams and internet resellers.
